Now the part that gets skipped. Verification proves the operator did not change the answer after seeing your bet. It proves the round was fixed at the moment of commitment and that nobody tampered with it once your stake was down. It proves absolutely nothing about your chances of profiting. A provably fair game can be verifiably honest and still be a game you lose money on over time, and those two facts sit together with no contradiction.
